Are you leaving views (and money) on the table?
Whether you create content for Medium, YouTube, TikTok, etc., the goal is almost always to get more views.
There is an EASY way you can use to boost your views on almost any platform overnight.
But most people don’t do it.
If you’re like most creators, you’re probably making content within a specific niche, which means you probably have multiple pieces of content that are related to each other.
But if you are creating standalone pieces, you are likely missing out on hundreds (or thousands) of potential views.
The fix?
Always promote your older content for “bonus” views.
How to Get Bonus Views
Notice what I did at the beginning of this article?
I added a link to a relevant story (for content creators) that I wrote last week.
While not everyone who reads this article will click on it, I’m willing to bet that at least 5–10% of people will.
Those are “bonus” views.
Go look at the last piece of content you created.
Did you link to at least one other piece of relevant content?
Yes?— good job!
No?— add something!
It’s that easy.
If you do this consistently, it will start to have a compounding effect on your views.

Piggy Back Off Your Best Content
Go into your content library (on the platform of your choice) and sort by views to identify your most popular pieces.
It’s probably something you created a few weeks, months (or years ago) that is no longer getting much love from the algorithm.
