This is super helpful.
I've been a "casual" gym goer for years. Unsurprisingly, I've not seen results. Currently, I'm taking things more seriously, trying to stick to a routine, work on correct form, and learn more about what's required to reach my fitness goals.
I appreciate the practical advice of "learning to exercise properly at the start" and not getting distracted by powers and supplements at the start.
